Return Policy

Returns can be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product, for a full refund, so long as the product is in resalable condition.

If a return is desired beyond that timeframe, store credit can be offered.

In either case, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning the existing order, as well as costs associated with delivering replacement products.

Refunds will not be processed until the product has been safely returned.

Customer must initiate the return process by email within 7 days of product arrival.

Should the product arrive in a visibly damaged shipping package, the customer is responsible for photographing the damage prior to opening the package and including this photo in their email.

Product that has arrived damaged will be reviewed on a case by case basis via email and will require photographic evidence.

All products are shipped via USPS or UPS the following business day.

Tracking will be provided to you as soon as it is available.

Shipping rates are based on the size of the product, and default to the largest product in your order, if purchasing multiple items.

Return shipping is always the responsibility of the customer.
